Adventure World Family Fun Center’s Terms of Employment

 

To be eligible for employment at Adventure World, you must understand and agree to the terms listed below. This form must be signed for application to be considered.

 

UNIFORM: While working or on the premises, your uniform must be neat, clean, ironed and tucked in. You must be in proper uniform at all times while you are on duty. All uniform shirts will be left at Adventure World upon completion of your shift. Uniform shirts are not to be worn off the premises.

 

APPEARANCE: Hair must be kept neat, clean, out of your face, and if working with food such as the snack bar or parties, long hair must be pulled back and held in place with a hair holder or hair net. Beards, goatees, and mustaches must be clean and trimmed.

 

MAKEUP: Make up must be of good taste and modest. No black eye shadow, lipstick or fingernail polish.

 

PIERCING: The only piercing acceptable are earrings, worn in the earlobe only, and only two per earlobe. All earrings are to be modest size and in good taste. (Management reserves the right to decide what is considered good taste.) Facial, tongue piercing, and other body piercing are not           appropriate for this job.

 TATTOOS: The only acceptable tattoos are those that are not visible.

 CONDUCT: Swearing or any kind of vulgarity is not acceptable during work times or when on the premises. Anytime that you are on Adventure World’s property you are representing Adventure World. We expect you to be polite and respectful at all times. Proper dress and conduct shall be at the discretion of Adventure World management. There will be a 30 day training period. If at anytime during this period you are found to be unqualified for the job or are not conducting yourself according to these terms or other policies of Adventure World, you may be terminated.
